Road trip Rwanda. Cars were perfectly in order and met the wishes for our road trip through Rwanda.We rented the cars for 12 days and had no problems with this.

Everything as promised! Everything went swimmingly, as promised! The car was perhaps a tad the worse for wear, but aesthetics weren't what we were looking for anyway and it worked absolutely fine. Friendly service and helpful advice was provided too! We'll definitely use them again, whenever we come back to Rwanda.

Great ans perfect rental car! Super vehicle rental, RAV4 in very good condition perfect for the country. Anita and her team are very available and responsive. Very good assistance in case of a problem. Very cheap ! We really recommend!

Perfectly smooth experience It was a perfectly smooth experience of dealing with Hire a Car Rwanda in every aspects including easy and fast communication with the manager, experienced, punctual ans stylish 🙂 driver, clear and easy payment process. I was a bit nervous at the beginning about renting a car with a driver directly instead of ordering several transfers from the lodges, but at the end of the day it was just a right decision that saved us a lot of money and gave more flexibility on the way.

Sehr gutes Fahrzeug & herausragender Fahrer Ich habe für die Dauer von 4 Wochen einen Safari-Van (Toyota Hiace mit Hubdach) gemietet. Wir waren mit bis zu 6 Personen und reichlich Gepäck unterwegs. Das Fahrzeug war in einem guten Zustand. Wer schon selbst in Afrika gefahren ist weiss, dass man auch ohne Untersetzung und riesiger Bodenfreiheit fast überall mit diesen Fahrzeugen zurechtkommt (bis auf tiefsten Schlamm und extreme Steigungen).Der Fahrer, Emma, ist hervorragend. Er hat eine sehr umsichtige und vorausschauende Fahrweise. Er schont das Fahrzeug und meistert auch sehr schwierige Strecken (davon hatten wir einige) souverän. Und vor allem: er beachtet sehr penibel die Verkehrsregeln! Nicht zuletzt is Emma ein sehr angenehmer Mensch, mit dem man viel lachen kann und der sich sehr gut mit Flora, Fauna und Landwirtschaft in Rwanda und Uganda auskennt.Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dieser Autovermietung.Die vielen verschiedenen Firmennamen (und emails und Webseiten ...), unter denen der Vermieter auftritt, können verwirren und Misstrauen auslösen.Es wäre gut, wenn der Vermieter nur unter einem Firmennamen auftreten würde, das würde noch mehr Vertrauen schaffen. Um die Websuchen auf sich zu lenken gibt es dann bessere, technische Möglichkeiten.

Great Car/Low Price/Cash Only I rented a 4x4 from this place and the price was excellent. The SUV was in very good condition and stylish. The only downside was that they only take cash so you won't be able to use your credit card's insurance for the vehicle. Otherwise everything was good.

Great value, wonderful staff Very decent car hire company, and really lovely staff who came and met me at the airport for pick up and drop off. The only issue was the brake on the car was not that brilliant, had to press very hard. It was late on arrival and our trip was only 3 days for the gorillas so I never had chance to let them know about it. I’m sure they would have done something. But for $40 per day it’s fantastic value for money. Also you need to be a bit proactive with the communication to ensure you have a confirmed booking and get things like phone numbers of the people meeting you. Would be good if this was just provided but as the customer it’s up to you to take initiative.

Excellent service and product Excellent experience, great communication from the minute I requested the car until drop off and the staff are very friendly. Quality of the Prado I rented was great, we had no issues for the two weeks we had the car. If you are visiting Rwanda, I highly recommend renting a care from here..Thanks again!!!

Emmanuel, notre driver, nous a conduit à travers les différentes régions du Rwanda. Il nous a également fait découvrir Akagera Park, qu'il connaissait parfaitement. Il a été bienveillant tout au long du voyage.
